Weekend is an opportunity for time in nature, and access to a sauna and hot tub.
In addition to yoga, beautiful guest rooms, complete with Abbott’s Glen robes are provided. Wine glasses provide the added pieces to help create a relaxing visit along with some healthy delicious food.

Treat yourself to a nice hot tub or sauna. Take the time to read a book by the fire before dinner. Enjoy some quiet space to clear your mind with meditation.
Breakfast, lunch & dinner
Breakfast, lunch & dinner is offered as a package. Chef Amy makes sure each meal is prepared with a fresh seasonal approach to healthy eating. Music for dancing is available both Friday & Saturday in Club Sugar shack with DJ Lindy and Tito

Tito may also demonstrate adho mukha swanasana (downward dog). Massages and a class with a local herbalist are two items you can add to your weekend yoga to make it really special.

Restorative Yoga: lots of props, and gentle postures. This takes place almost entirely on the floor and is a very quiet and “soft” yoga, which will leave you feeling very relaxed and meditative. This stretches your body, but in a more subtle way.
Vinyasa: this is a “flow” style yoga where we will move and get the body warmed up, stretched out, and maybe worked out, too. Kate leads a smooth class that is open to all levels whether you are a beginner or well into your practice you will have a rewarding session.
