We offer 7 lovely guestrooms located in three seperate structures.
Main House
Orchard Room: $148.00 per night, double occupancy, large guest room, antique double bed, orchard view, semi private bath with tub & shower.mini refrig.
North Riverview Room: $148.00 per night , double occupancy, brass bed, semi private bath with tub & shower.Mini refrig.
Meadow House
2 Meadow Rooms: $158.00 per night double occupancy, cathedral ceiling, queen bed, glass door out to deck with meadow views. Semi private bath, mini refrigerator.
Meadow House Suite: $175.00 per double occupancy.
This french country inspired room has many windows, skylight, King size bed, mini refrigerator, semi private bath.
Carriage House
2 Woodland View rooms: $137.00 - Queen bed, faux propane woodstove, beamed ceiling, front & back deck, mini refrigerator. Bathroom & shower facility in meadow house.
TENT & POP UP CAMPING
We are not permitted for R.V. camping
Pop ups are an permitted use.
AANR /TNS Sun ~ Thurs $38.00 per night, Fri & Sat. 48.00 or $53.00 for just 1 night.
Non members, Sun ~ Thurs. $45.00 per night, Fri & Sat. 55.00 or $60.00 for 1 night.
Bonfires are held in a central firepit on Saturday evenings.
Ice & cold beverages available.
Indoor & outdoor hot showers.
Camping guests are welcome to enjoy breakfast & dinner at an additional cost.

AANR & TNS - Couples & singles $32.00 Families $42.00
Non - couples & singles $35.00 Families $45.00

* We require a deposit to secure a reservation. Visa, Mc & Discover accepted.
* If one cancels a reservation, 3 days prior to arrival, a deposit can be held or returned.
* A $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from any deposit made by credit card, if a deposit is to be returned.
* If cancelled within 3 days of arrival, a deposit is non refundable.
* One must have a AANR or TNS card, valid to receive the club discount.
*Abbott’s Glen sells AANR memberships if you choose to join while here or renew
* Smoking is prohibited indoors.
* No pets please.
* We do not have a license to serve alcohol. You are welcome to bring it onto the property.B.Y. O.B.
MEMBERSHIPS
Seasonal Summer /Fall 6 month membership $495.00
Seasonal membership with site for tent or pop up May ~ October $995.00
Both arrangements include a membership to AANR or renewal.

DINING
Dinner is served on Friday & Saturday evening @ 7: 30 European style.
A 9% tax will be added to your bill upon departure for lodging & meals.
Gratuity is not included in meal pricing or room rates.
